Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time
Education:
Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.
Qualifications:

Ability to work independently without constant instruction.

Good general computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word).

Able to keep sensitive information confidential.

Must be a Christian.
Specific Duties:

Welcome and greet guests
-
Answer main office phone
-
Monitor and respond to office email
-
Maintain online membership database, church calendar, and website
-
Manage facility and equipment use requests
-
Order office & building supplies
-
Create and print various publications (weekly bulletins, etc.)

Provide administrative support to Ministries Leaders and Staff
-
Open/sort mail
-
Scan bills, invoices, and Reimbursements
-
Work with clerk to maintain denominational records
-
Handle benevolence request initial contact
-
Schedule volunteers for Sunday Services
-
Assist members, as able, with requests for help.
Job Type: Part-time, approximately 18 hours per week with potential for additional hours if you are able to perform bookkeeping duties as well.
Location: In-person at 2100 Chelsea Rd NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49301
Paid hourly on a bi-weekly basis. Rate will be based on experience.
