We have an amazing opportunity for someone looking to be part of our awesome team here at BBC Distributing! This position is the face, voice, and first impression extraordinaire at BBC in Grand Rapids. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities for our Customer Service Representatives are:
· Provide support to customers and sales consultants with order entry, coordination of special shipping, advising on status of orders and data entry.
· Assist customers in the showroom and over the phone- Excellent communication skills are a must!
· Impeccable customer service every time.
· Recognizing frequent callers and building a relationship with them.
· Keeping customer files updated and organized.
· Utilizing tools such as Microsoft Suit and industry related software
