Education - Full-time
The classroom teacher is responsible for meeting the academic, spiritual, and developmental needs of each student, while supporting the school’s mission, values, and Christian foundation.
Teachers are expected to hold appropriate certification, maintain required safety clearances, and actively participate in professional and faith-based development.
They work under the direction of the Principal, collaborate with staff, and partner with parents to support student success. Teachers are expected to model Christ-centered living, demonstrate professionalism, and actively engage in the life of the school and church community.
In the classroom, teachers provide high-quality instruction using a variety of strategies to meet diverse student needs. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessment, maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment, integrating faith into all areas of learning, and communicating regularly with families.
