Position Details:
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling during standard business hours
- Location: Forest Hills
- Start Date: November 2025
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional, courteous manner
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Prepare and organize client documentation and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to advisors and staff
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a professional or financial services environment is a plus but not necessary.
- Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
