Accounting / Finance - Part-time

Our financial planning firm in Forest Hills is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support our client-focused team. This position is an excellent opportunity for parents of school-age children or anyone seeking rewarding daytime work with flexibility.

Position Details:

  • Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling during standard business hours
  • Location: Forest Hills 
  • Start Date: November 2025

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional, courteous manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
  • Prepare and organize client documentation and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to advisors and staff
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in a professional or financial services environment is a plus but not necessary.
  • Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
