We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Account Executive to join our in-office team at a growing promotional products company. This role is key to supporting our sales executives and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients. The ideal candidate excels at managing details, communicating professionally, and providing hands-on assistance throughout the sales and fulfillment process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support sales executives with day-to-day tasks including preparing quotes, product research, and vendor communications
  • Assist in managing orders from placement through production and delivery, coordinating closely with vendors and internal departments
  • Monitor deadlines, confirm order details, and keep clients and team members informed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Help identify product options and promotional ideas that align with client goals and branding
  • Participate in team collaboration, meetings, and in-office strategy sessions

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or sales support
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced office setting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Professional and collaborative demeanor; able to work well in a team
  • Willingness to learn about promotional products and stay up-to-date with new trends

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in promotional products, marketing, or a customer service-heavy industry
  • Experience working in a sales-driven or product-based environment
