Reserve A Seat + Children's Ministry

Reserve A Seat + Children’s Ministry

We’re so excited for you to join us at all campuses in person.

To help us maintain safe meeting guidelines and be able to contact you in case of COVID exposure, please reserve your seat + children’s ministry online each week.

We have limited seats at each campus so we can socially-distance. Be sure to reserve your seat and arrive early so we can safely seat you before services.

DISCOVERY VILLAGE NOTE: It’s really hard to socially distance in our spaces for children’s ministry. Ages 4–5 through 5th grade will need to wear a mask the entire time they are in Discovery Village. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe in this way!

FAQ

Below are some additional details about our in-person service option.  Please email us if you have further questions.

  • What time is the in-person option?

Sunday mornings at 9:00 am and 11 am at all four campuses.

Saturday evening at 5:30 pm at the Cascade Campus.

  • What happens if my family forgets to RSVP?

Our Reserve a Seat system has been limited to allow for a percentage of seats to remain available. We desire to make room for first time guests, attendees who do not have the ability to register, or others who simply show up and were not aware of the Reserve A Seat system.

  • How are the atriums and auditoriums being cleaned?

Atriums will be disinfected before and after each service. All seats in the auditorium will be disinfected before each service. Major touch points including bathrooms, door handles, tabletops, and coffee bars will be thoroughly disinfected before, during and after each service. If you see one of our facilities team keeping things clean—please say thank you!

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout each building. Complimentary masks will be available upon entry if you have forgotten yours. We encourage guests to be aware of others and allow social distancing space between gathered parties.

Our HVAC system will run continuously to ensure maximum dilution ventilation and increase total airflow based on CDC recommendations. It will also be continuously monitored during services to ensure proper operation at all times.

We desire to make the experience as touch-free as possible so entry doors and auditorium doors will be propped open.

  • Will there be live teaching and worship?

The sermon will be live-streamed from the Cascade Campus at each service time. The worship portion of our weekend services will be live at each campus.

  • Will weekend programming look different?

The in-person service will be similar to the online service. The Campus Pastor or other Campus Ministry Leader will kick-off the service. We will worship together then watch the service on-screen. At the close of service, the Campus Pastor or Campus Leader will offer closing remarks and dismiss the congregation.

  • Will there be coffee and cookies?

We will have freshly brewed coffee and pre-packaged cookies available.

  • How will we give our offerings?

We are encouraging everyone to continue giving online. If you would like to give in-person, there will be white offering boxes by each auditorium exit door at the conclusion of the service.

    • To give online, please visit org/give.
    • To give via text, text “ada” to 45777 and follow the instructions.
  • Will Ada Bible Church continue to provide a service online?
