What is Kids Hope?
Kids Hope is a mentoring program that partners churches and schools. Ada Bible has the privilege of partnering with Alto Elementary, Dutton Elementary, Mulick Park Elementary, and Palmer Elementary.
Ways to get involved:
Volunteers can serve as a mentor. Mentors work with one student for one hour of the week, for one school year.
How it works:
A mentor commits to serving for one school year. The mentor meets with the same student for one hour each week. The mentor and student meet at the school during school hours. For a student to benefit from a mentoring relationship, the mentoring relationship must be dependable and consistent. Mentors must be Ada Bible attendees and must be able to serve on a weekly basis during the school year.
Mentors choose their own prayer partner. A prayer partner does not need to attend Ada Bible Church.
