Communications - Part-time
Position Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Intern will work with the P&CE team to develop and execute an effective social media strategy for Voices, Ambassadors, and Sports Ministry on Facebook and where applicable on Twitter and Instagram.
Duration:
Summer 2021 – June to August; exact dates flexible based on academic calendar. (20 hr/week)
Key Deliverables:
• Review and provide feedback/input on social media strategy.
• Develop effective growth strategy for social media in each of our three ministry areas.
• Produce social media calendar with identified content and assets.
• Respond to social media posts on our platforms in a sensitive way that is consistent with Our Daily Bread brand and voice.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent writing, grammar, spelling.
• High EQ – with sensitivity to social media comments and Our Daily Bread values and social media guidelines.
• Strict adherence to Our Daily Bread social media guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Interest in research and aligning product, ministry of encouragement, and outreach initiatives with our social media audience
