Supervisor: Development Coordinator 

Pay Range: Internship

Exodus Place – Michigan’s largest nonprofit transitional housing program for men coming from homelessness, incarceration, and other life challenges – is seeking an energic individual with high work ethics and experience in the Case Worker Field to provide resource-based services to its members. This position will work collaboratively with the Exodus Place team to coordinate and monitor the assessment, treatment planning process and follow up of clients while maintaining the integrity and culture of our programs. Duties will be inclusive of but not limited to the following:

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Study in graphic design, digital arts, or related fields
• Experience or study with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrations
• Experience or study with Canva and Constant Contact
• Ability to work in a TEAM centered environment
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
• Professional presence in working with outside vendors
• Highly proficient in time management skills
• Experience or study in photography, videography, and video editing
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge and understanding of current fund raising and marketing trends

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

· Create marketing designs for use in for outgoing materials

· Participate in events committee

· Social Media Maintenance of Social Communities

· Work with printers on proper execution of marketing materials

· Manage timeline of marketing materials

· Communicate with leadership on all pricing aspects of materials and events

· Assist event planning and community involvement

· Work on content of monthly newsletters

· Meet weekly with Development Director and Executive Assistant
