Technical - Full-time
Looking for a residential maintenance and remodel projects technician for our growing established property management company. Responsibilities include making units ready for move in, maintenance service requests for existing residents, pre and post move out inspections, recording work in property management software, communicating with property manager and maintenance supervisor, answering emergency calls on a rotation schedule, keeping interior and exterior of buildings looking clean and well maintained, and keeping tools and maintenance rooms in an orderly manner.
