Job Description
●    Permanent Part-Time (16 hours per week; flexible hours and days)
●    Hourly pay based on experience
●    Small office environment.  No remote work available
●    Required Experience: 2 years experience working in an office environment

Custom Financial Services  is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented permanent part-time assistant to a financial advisor.  Individual will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the advisor, and will assist in daily office responsibilities and business operations.

Financial Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
    ◆    Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in  accounting, finance, or business preferred
    ◆    Proficient in math
    ◆    Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
    ◆    Expertise using Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as other software
    ◆    Experience using eMoney and Redtail CRM is a plus
    ◆    Professional and excellent customer service skills
    ◆    Strong organizational skills
    ◆    Efficient and effective time-management
    ◆    Works well both independently and as a team
    ◆    Ability to multi-task and to prioritize daily work
    ◆    Adaptable as situations or business demands change
    ◆    Closely follow office processes and policies related to office operations and client privacy
    ◆    Adhere to complex and changing Regulatory and Compliance requirements

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
    ◆    Client account reviews with advisor
    ◆    Create new accounts and transfer assets
    ◆    Initiate and track client paperwork effectively
    ◆    Implement Advisor-directed tasks for portfolios
    ◆    Prepare enrollment materials
    ◆    Maintain client records
    ◆    Follow up on pending business with companies and clients
    ◆    Process applications and other industry-specific administrative tasks
    ◆    Provide pre- and post-meeting support for the financial advisor
    ◆    Problems-solving and issue resolution skills
