  • Provide top-notch customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our clients’ needs are met and exceeded while interacting with clients via phone and email during regular business hours

  • Organize and manage our business schedule, document client notes, and track orders and invoice status to keep us on track

  • Use your analytical skills to track key business metrics, reporting back to our team with insights and recommendations on how to best optimize our performance

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development including training opportunities, community outreach, and ways to better optimize internal procedures and processes

  • Use your creativity to design and create engaging marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, social media and website content, and promotional emails that showcase our brand and services

  • Assist with employee management tasks including tracking time off policies, onboarding new team members, and interviewing potential candidates
