Job Description

Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Full-time

RGA Tech Support is a service company based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan that provides both residential and small business technology support. Our mission is to offer an effective, safe, and intimidation free opportunity to grow our clients’ understanding with today’s ever-changing world of technology. 

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of RGA Tech. 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM

  • Provide a superior customer service experience when interacting with clients

  • Organize and coordinate business schedule including documenting client notes, appointment tags, and invoice status

  • Track and document key business metrics

  • Monitor office supplies and order new supplies

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

  • Make and implement design choices for company marketing materials

  • Follow established processes closely and implement new processes where needed

  • Assist with company newsletter each quarter

Requirements

  • Self starter who takes initiative

  • Reliable and trustworthy putting the needs of the company and our clients first

  • Professional work ethic and positive attitude 

  • Ability to work well with others as a part of a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive

  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed with excellence

  • Ability to handle customer service situations respectfully and work well with multiple instructions and directions

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize to meet short deadlines
