General Labor - Full-time


NorthPointe Christian Schools is an independent Christian school formed in 1972 serving over 1,000 preschool through high school students from over 120 churches. NPC’s pairs academic excellence with a strong, Christ-centered environment to reach our mission of “equipping students to impact their world for Jesus Christ.” 


  • This position serves as key member of the Facilities team by assisting with building maintenance and grounds.
  • This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Helps maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating and cooling systems, and related items.
    • Helps maintain grounds, including but not limited to lawns, landscaping and sports fields, as well as striping.
    • Helps maintain other building items, equipment, and school assets.
    • Sets up for events including but not limited to lunch, chapel, special events, rentals, sporting events, etc.
    • Occasional custodial when needed.
    • Anything additional deemed necessary by Director of Facilities.


  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Active Christian in agreement with and willing to sign the NorthPointe Christian School’s Foundational statements. (See link below)
