Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Full-time
Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative can answer product and service questions, suggest information about other products and services, process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer incoming/transferred phone calls in a professional/courteous manner
- Assist customers with order status and questions
- Enter orders into order-entry software
- Provide clients with sales and inventory reports
- Respond to and manage all mail and e-mail from customers in a timely manner
- Attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Perform receptionist duties in an efficient and professional manner
- Monitor office supply stock, accumulate supply requests and order supplies for the office
- Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as requested by Manager
- Assist in warehouse and shipping when needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word or similar products
- Proficient with the internet and social media
- Able to speak English clearly

Salary: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
