Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Part-time

Sales Consultants of Grand Rapids is a 52 year old recruiting firm working with building products and commercial interior products manufacturers nationally; helping them find key sales, sales management, and executive level staff. As a part of Management Recruiters International (MRI), our firm is one of 660 franchised offices globally and is a perennial top office. Our firm recruits for manufacturers and distributors and each recruiter at our organization is nationally ranked and responsible for being the expert in the product categories they oversee. 

We are currently seeking a part-time Database Coordinator to perform database maintenance to ensure data integrity and update attributes. The key responsibilities of this role are cleaning the database, identifying duplicate records and performing research to fill in missing information.

Qualifications:
*Previous data entry experience
*CRM knowledgeability
*Experience using tools such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info, etc.
*Ability to work autonomously
*Detail Oriented
