Title: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Manager of Church Mobilization
Salary Level: Full time, Salary, Exempt
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Location Classification: In Office
Reports to: Director of Church Mobilization
Supervisory: None
Travel: Yes, 10%- Local and National
Function:
Develop and manage plan to grow Spanish language mentor capacity. Manage expansion of Ambassador team in English and Spanish. Support DCM in pastoral, mentor, and community gatherings.
Responsibilities:
Spanish language expansion:
· Identify potential higher impact and engaged Spanish mentors
· Develop avenues to engage Spanish language ministry leaders to share Crossroad’s mission in collaboration with DCM
· Manage a purposeful follow up plan for mentor recruitment advocate relationships
· In-person representation and presentation of CPM in churches, small groups, and virtual opportunities.
· Develop Spanish language social media content in collaboration with communications team
Ambassador:
· Identify mentors who have potential to be “leaders of leaders”, collaborating with mentor team and DCM in the selection and invitation process
· Develop and manage implementation of Ambassador training plan and support , collaborating with DCM (content) and Bilingual Manager of Mentor Support and Training.
· Develop and manage purposeful communications schedule with Ambassador team
· Travel to and assist ambassadors in their promotional efforts
Church Mobilization Support:
· Support DCM in leading pastoral, Ambassador, mentor, or other gatherings virtually and in person
· Continually track and analyze regarding mentor activity and progress towards strategy priorities
· Manage or support projects through the designated project management system
· Collaborate with the Bilingual Manager of Mentor Support and Training in content development, implementation, and coordination of mentor training
· Manage details and coordinate logistics of Pastors awareness packet
· Support mentor coordinators with emails and phone calls
· Assist with assigning T2/3 mentors to support growth in one-one mentoring
· Further develop the Tier 2 program (In house process of assigning and attaining Tier 2/ Tier3 mentors)
· Be available for regularly scheduled meetings in the evening or on a weekend (2-3 times a month)

- Experience with Survey Monkey (or similar) and Constant Contact (or similar) email marketing platform a plus
- Required fluency in reading and writing in the Spanish language
Experience:
- Mentoring or mentoring support experience required or initiated upon employment
- Experience required in leading staff or volunteers to carry out a vision.
- Project management experience helpful
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Presenting in front of an audience or leading a discussion group
- Required fluency in reading and writing in the Spanish language
