As a successful Associate you will build strong relationships within your industry to enhance brand awareness. The ideal team member will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn while supporting highly-active sales people.
*Recruit and deliver high-qualified candidates using market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking and cold calling
*Create and use recruiting and voicemail scripts
*Call prospective candidates to introduce them to current opportunities
*Qualify candidates through detailed interviews to assess skills, abilities and experience
*Comfort with cold calling and speaking to top level executives is essential
