Administrative / Office Management / Clerical - Full-time
LOCATION: Remote Working Arrangement within the US
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
• Calendar management & meeting coordination
• Travel booking and coordination, with particular emphasis on international travel arrangements
• Expenses
• Minute taking as required
• Governance support
-Attendance and coordination of Board Packs for Quarterly Board and Board Committee meetings
-Support regional liaisons with Regional Council meetings
-Support the coordination of the Annual General Meeting, including any Board Slates, Member Votes and Nomination processes
– Support Firm Onboarding/Offboarding as required
o Other ad hoc Governance duties/projects as required
• Support some HR processes
• Team communications as required
• Ad hoc event support
• General & Ad hoc admin duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
• 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to dynamic, senior teams
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships in a multicultural environment
