This lecture series is to help you understand how our body, mind, and spirit work together and give you information and skills as you pursue greater health. Health has more to do with lifestyle than just the food we eat. Our health is related to stress levels, exercise, diet, relationship with God and others, and so much more. This class will explore health from a holistic perspective and will include scripture and prayer. Join us to learn about many aspects of health -- mind, body, and soul.

Regaining health once it's lost can be difficult but not impossible. Learn how achieving harmony physically, mentally, and spiritually can help you regain your health.
