Marriage Prep
Three times a year, we gather couples for a six week teaching series on marriage principles. We discuss key topics such as communication, conflict resolution, sex, money, and faith. Marriage Prep is led by a couple who share fresh insights and use a highly interactive approach.
Each couple will be given the Prepare-Enrich assessment. This tool is completed online and identifies a couple’s strength and growth areas. Marriage Prep is open to couples being married for the first time and is required for those who want to be married at Ada Bible Church or by one of our pastors. Marriage Prep – Remarriage
This is a six week course designed for couples who are thinking about remarrying. It will explore such issues as finances, parenting issues, and relationship dynamics. Each couple will be given the Prepare-Enrich assessment. This tool is completed online and identifies a couple’s strength and growth areas.The fee is $40 per couple for testing and materials. Marriage Refresh
This class is for those who desire to refresh their marriage and is designed to help couples reconnect in their marriages. The topics addressed include communication, conflict resolution, and intimacy. This three week class is offered at different times during the year.

Weddings
In order to be married at Ada Bible Church, it is required that either the bride or groom be a member of Ada Bible Church, or a regular attendee for a period of not less than one year from the date your wedding assessment is submitted. Additionally, a couple being married for the first time must attend Marriage Prep though Ada Bible Church or a similar approved premarital course. In the case of second marriages, we require couples to see a professional counselor for a minimum of eight sessions in lieu of Marriage Prep.

Your assessment must be submitted no less than 6 months, and no more than 12 months, from the desired date of your wedding.
