Balanced Strength Combination Class is a 4-week series that combines worship through movement, stretching/relaxing and quiet reflections on God's Word. The first portion of this class is dynamic exercise founded on the principles of Deuteronomy, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, with all your strentgh." Lift your spirit, challenge your cardiovascular system, improve your balance, and build your strentgh through loe to mid-impact movement. Each workout ends with a deeply nourishing Scripture meditation and relaxation portion, leaving you refreshed and challenged.
